Exterior

Style your Arc
You can choose to have the outer layer of your Glamping arc in a variety of colours or even your own bespoke print design. If you prefer wood rather than canvas, we can use wooden cladding rather than canvas at extra cost.

The shell is covered with a triple layer of quilted canvas which is impervious to water and wind. Made from heavy duty truck canvas, under which is a layer of felt to provide insulation.

Cladding
White felt is sandwiched between a green inner layer of 610gm webtex and a tough outer layer of 630gsm UV stabilised PVC polyester.

Decking
47 x 150 RS kiln dried C16 treated carcassing with 100mm polystyrene insulation and DPM 18mm hardwood-faced ply weather proof board.

Interior

Store Away Beds
(Medium arc only)
Two mattresses stored in the roof space of the arc. Easily taken down in the evening and stored in the day.
100mm x 1.4m x 2.0m mattressess with detachable pvc covers

The shell is finished in emulsion paint and has been designed with removable cover strips enable quick and easy redecoration. Electrical wiring is concealed and the other sections of the roof, walls and trims are finished in waterproof, heavy duty rip stop canvas. The floor is fitted with a heavy duty PVC welded box section which eliminates low level flooding and is easy to clean and maintain. Showers and toilets can also be added.

Shell
Tension Arches with 6mm hardwood faced ply, coated with two coats of acrylic primer and two coats of emulsion to the internal face.
